Dan Santat

Dan Santat studied biology at the University of California, San Diego, where he spent more time doodling in textbooks than reading them. So he traded science for art, and graduated with distinction from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, where he now lives with his lovely genius wife, Leah. The Guild of Geniuses is his first book. He is currently at work on a picture book-slash-graphic novel called The Domesticated Six, about a group of superhero pets.
