David LaRochelle

David LaRochelle graduated St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota with dual degrees in Art and English and went on to the University of Minnesota to earn his teaching license. After four years as an elementary school teacher, David left to pursue writing and illustration. He's published nearly 25 books, including The Best Pet of All a Children's Book Sense Top Ten selection, and the recipient of a Minnesota Book Award. Absolutely, Positively Not is his first novel. David makes his home in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
