Two stars for Shaun Tan! Shaun Tan's newest book, The Bird King: An Artist's Notebook, is drawing in rave reviews, including stars from Booklist and Publishers Weekly. And Booklist calls it "an invaluable resource for burgeoning visual storytellers."

Stars and more for The Summer Prince! Alaya Dawn Johnson's YA debut has two stars to its name - from PW and Kirkus! Publishers Weekly says that "With its complicated history, founding myth, and political structure, Palmares Tr�s is compelling, as is the triple bond between June, Enki, and Gil as they challenge their world�s injustices." Kirkus Reviews calls it "Luminous."
